Report: Warner Bros. Discovery, owner of AT&T Sportsnet, tells teams it’s leaving regional sports business

The Houston channel is AT&T SportsNet Southwest, which changed its name from Root Sports Southwest in July 2017 and broadcasts Houston Rockets and Houston Astros games. Previously, those games were broadcast on the now-defunct Comcast SportsNet Houston.
