Pappas Restaurants moving out of Hobby Airport after judge again denies TRO against City of Houston

The Houston-based restaurant group refiled its lawsuit against the city and a competing concessionaire this week, making new allegations. But after a request for a temporary restraining order was denied for a second time, Pappas will move out of Hobby Airport by May 11 as requested by the city.
