Lakewood Church shooter’s 7-year-old son loses part of his brain, according to grandmother

Walli Carranza says her grandson, who was shot in the head during a gunfire exchange Sunday between his mother and off-duty police officers at the Houston megachurch, experienced cardiac arrest multiple times during recent operations and doctors have been unable to determine his level of brain activity.
