The Resiliency Workforce Collaborative will bring Houston’s public, private, educational and nonprofit groups together to help the city become more resilient in the event of a natural disaster and increase career opportunities for underserved neighborhoods designated under Complete Communities, a city of Houston initiative that bridges the gap between equity and opportunity.
