Houston City Council postpones vote on outdoor music event ordinance; Harris County approves interlocal agreement

On Nov. 30, Houston City Council postponed a vote on an ordinance related to outdoor music events that would complement an interlocal agreement with Harris County, which was approved during Harris County Commissioners Court’s Nov. 29 meeting. The item will now be voted on Dec. 7 to allow a city council member to discuss further with the city’s legal department.
