Hobby Airport could be saying goodbye to its Pappas restaurants, adding new concepts

Currently, Pappas’ 4 Families of Hobby operates Baskin Robins/Dunkin’ Donuts; Buffalo Wild Wings; Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen; Pappas Bar-B-Q; Pappasitos Cantina’s full-service, food court and bar locations; Peet’s Coffee; Starbucks; Subway; and Wendy’s. If Houston City Council approves a contract for a different company, those concepts would be replaced by several others familiar to Houstonians.
