(NYSE: CVI) is exploring options to potentially spin off general and limited partner interests it holds in subsidiary CVR Partners LP (NYSE: UAN), a master limited partnership CVR Energy formed in 2011 to own, operate and grow its fertilizer business. CVR Partners manufacturers ammonia and urea ammonium nitrate solution fertilizer products.
