Army vet from Houston area pleads guilty to involvement in U.S. Capitol insurrection

Joshua Lollar, 41, of Spring, was sentenced to 13 months in prison and 12 months of supervised release, in addition to being ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution, after pleading guilty Monday to obstruction of an official proceeding.
