’20 years in the making’: New Alief Neighborhood Center opens to the public

Situated on Alief Park, the 70,000-square-foot center at 11903 Bellaire Blvd. will be maintained by the city’s General Services Department. It will house three city of Houston departments: Houston Health Department, Houston Parks and Recreation Department and Houston Public Library.
